I'm not even Vegan! Although I know, that plant-based is healthier, I would have never believed that the food would be sooo delicious with not a hint of meat! Delicious and light! If this, is what it is all about, I can definetely be Vegan! IVegan, my new fav!

While several factors played a role in to me going strictly vegan. IVegan has truly been amazing at ensuring that I always receive a well-balanced vegan meal, meeting all my nutrient needs. June 2017 I survived a heart attack and stroke from not properly taking care of myself after years of hypertension. Dr. Said it could be a good chance of the same thing reoccurring if my lifestyle and diet didn't change right away! Upon leaving the rehabilitation I consulted with Chef Ebony and I went to work. We started substituting vegan dishes of my favorites. Teaching me a healthier lifestyle with her recipes and products. I am down to 4 out of 9 medications and feeling great.
